Club - Away Coach Travel
We
have a number of official Supporters Club Branches that organise
regular coach travel to away games. Some
branches also offer the facility to purchase tickets as well
as
the coach seat. The facility to purchase tickets will only be in line
with normal club priorities for ticket sales.

The Beeston and District
Branch is a large and well-established branch serving the Beeston area.
The branch holds regular monthly meetings and social events including
quizzes, barbeques and bowling nights. These are organised whenever
there is sufficient interest from members. An occasional branch
newsletter is produced.

- The branch's aims for this season are, once again, to work

Travel: The branch seeks to develop the established car-sharing network
for local members
- Gedling Branch
- The Gedling Branch is one of the largest Nottingham based
branches of the Supporters Club and provides a valuable service to many
Supporters Club members by organising coach travel to all away league
and cup matches, to most pre-season matches and for important youth
team matches. In addition to the travel service, the Gedling Branch
organises social events throughout the season.

Travel: Coach Travel is organised to all away league and cup games and
to many friendly and pre-season matches. The coaches pick up in
Basford, Arnold, Gedling and at the City Ground.
Meetings: Regular monthly meetings are held in the Grey Goose, Gedling,
on the first Sunday of each month at 8.00 pm.
Social Events: Social events are organised throughout the season.
Newsletter: An occasional newsletter is produced.
Sports Teams: Teams representing the Gedling Branch take part in the
Supporters Club Easter Football Tournament.
- Grantham Branch
The Grantham Branch has been organising coach travel to Forest matches,
home and away, for many years. This remains its core activity and
members from a large area around Grantham find this service to be a
valuable benefit of their Supporters Club membership. The branch also
meets up regularly on the first Thursday of each month.

- Travel: Coach Travel to all home matches picking up from
Corby Glen,
Grantham, Somerby Hill (bus stop), Mill Corner, Old Barracks, Wyndham
Park, Waggon and Horses Pub and Kontac Social Club. Travel is organised
for all away matches; times and routes necessarily vary, please contact
Colin or Bob for details. The starting point for away trips is Grantham
Bus Station and the coach will normally pick up at a point along the A1
(north or south) depending on the route.
- Meetings: A regular social meeting takes place on the first
Thursday of
each month at the Kontac Social Club, Barrowby Road, Grantham.
- Newsletter: The branch produces an information sheet with
details of travel to forthcoming matches.

- Headquarters Branch
- The Headquarters Branch is an administrative branch serving
members with no branch in their own area or for those who expressed no
preference about which branch to join. Membership of this branch

- The Heanor and District Branch is another well established
branch, which provides a very popular and useful travel service to
matches both at the City Ground and away from home.

- Iberian Island Branch
- The Iberian Island Branch formed at the start
of the 2006-07 season, with its base in Gibraltar. The club also covers
Spain and Portugal. An occasional branch newsletter is produced in

language you prefer to receive the newsletter in.

The IRELAND branch
(formed 1989) is the core of a vibrant
community of Forest Supporters in Ireland, with members drawn from all
four provinces (Connacht, Leinster, Munster and Ulster). The branch is
very active and organises numerous Match Trips throughout the season,
including a very popular Easter Double Header Match Trip. The Branch
also holds an Annual End of Season Event that has become very popular,
attracting regular visitors from Nottingham and other areas. An active
website and Message Board / Forum (web address above), along with
regular newsletters, helps keep members in touch with events and branch
competitions that are held throughout the year.

Travel: Regular trips are organised to matches at the City Ground
throughout the course of the season, including a long weekend trip over
the Easter Break.
Social Events: A very popular annual End of Season Dinner is organised,
to which guests from Nottingham Forest are invited. Past attendees have
included Paul Hart, Mark Crossley, Nigel Jemson, Tommy Gaynor and Mark
Arthur.
Newsletter: Members receive a monthly newsletter.
Sports Teams: A team representing the branch took part in the
Supporters Club Easter football tournament.

be of great benefit anyone who lives in the South-West, within easy
distance of the A38 Devon Expressway and the M5 motorway. Dave also
produces a superb 'News Sheet' for members.

West Yorkshire Branch - Covering West and South
Yorkshire
This branch was formed in 2004 and offers a quarterly
newsletter, regular branch social events such as quizzes and nights out
(incorporating Reserve matches in Yorkshire) and we travel by
train to all home and most away games. Car sharing is
sometimes available too. The branch has it's own home
match-day venue in The Globe on London Road where we use the function
room upstairs Children are free to come along with their
parents, on production of a Supporters Club
membership card. The branch also enters a team in the
Supporters Club Easter 5-a-side tournament and members attend the
Player of the Year dinner at the end of each season.
We have our own forum, open to all Forest supporters, which
can be accessed through our website.

- This branch has been in existence for over 25 years; it

Wollaton Branch, then became the West Nottingham Branch before arriving
at its current format.
